Co-founder (along with my wife Kylie) of CKS Ventures, a solo real estate investment company that acquired over 100 rental units from 2018-2022. CKS Ventures focuses on value-add multifamily real estate in central Ohio with a long-term investment horizon.

Formerly the General Counsel of a $1B+ company, where I specialized in negotiating complex business transactions, and have overseen and negotiated hundreds of deals. I’m also the founder of Stanley Law LLC, a solo law practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions of small businesses.
